Returns & Exchanges

At XtremeX, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your performance, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused equipment. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your XtremeX account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and labels are intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund once the gear clears our inspection.
